Dr. Leigh Ann (Cates) McGlinn has published numerous peer-reviewed articles, and has contributed to multiple book chapters. She has collaborated on national projects such as the National Association of Neonatal Nurse Practitioner’s (NANNP) Competencies and Orientation Tool Kit and the Mentoring Toolkit for the Nurse Practitioners. Dr. McGlinn has guided many students and peers through written course work, publications, as well as presentations.
